The SentryLink PIN system allows administrators to manage PIN access to the inmate phones and booking information. The PIN system can be used to track telephone calls back to a specific inmate and, if needed, place specific calling restrictions on an inmate.
A streamlined booking system is also available for use with the PIN system. This allows access and tracking of more information about an inmate. An inmate's biographical information can be entered such as first, middle and last names, last known address and phone number, height and weight as well as identifying marks. There is a health questionnaire with user defined questions and there is also the ability to import multiple digital photographs of the inmate.
- Up to 3600 PIN numbers can be utilized per ComLink.
- A PIN can be from four to ten digits in length.
- A call detail record report can be easily generated to show all the calls made using a certain PIN over a specific time period.
- A PIN can be assigned a daily on/off time.
- Voice recording can be turned on/off on a PIN basis.
- A PIN velocity filter can be set that could limit a PIN to either a certain number of minutes, a certain number of calls or a certain dollar amount of calls.
- There is no limit on the quantity of allowed numbers that can be manually entered for a PIN.
