SentryVoice

SentryVoice is an add-on software module for Omniphone's SentryLink on-site administration software.  It provides a single integrated recording and monitoring solution for inmate phones, VisitCom visitation phones, PBX office lines/extensions and radio dispatch communications.  Recordings can be retrieved and calls can be monitored from any appropriately equipped computer networked to the SentryLink/SentryVoice computer. Recordings are saved in standard WAV format. Recordings are handled on all designated lines simultaneously and are automatically started and stopped. Recording can be accomplished on the line side and/or the extension side of a PBX. An Analog record-out port is required for an extension connected to a digital PBX. Omniphone's MTI-1600 16-port interface allows voice activated recording of radio dispatch traffic. Each recording is uniquely linked to the call detail record produced by the call. Recording starts when the called party answers their phone and ends when the call is terminated. When recording VisitCom visitation phones, a recording starts as soon as the inmate and their visitor take the VisitCom handset off-hook.
